EBERHARD & CO. CONTOGRAF Special Edition CAMOUFLAGE

By TLex This fun looking chronograph is the Eberhard Contograf 'camouflage' Special Edition, based on a re-edition of the 1960s classic. It retains many of the original features from the vintage model, but has been updated with a contemporary look as well as some more advanced features such as its unidirectional rotational ceramic bezel.

The Contograf 'camouflage' has green camouflage dial with two green counters and a date window at 6 o'clock, with a fast changing date. Its ceramic unidirectional rotational timing-bezel is available in either dark green or black.

Its case, which houses a mechanical automatic 8147 caliber (ETA 7750 13¼) is in Stainless steel measuring 42m x 14.7 mm. It is fitted with a screwdown crown and caseback and a domed anti-reflective treated Sapphire crystal. This isn’t really a diver (THIS is), so water-resistance is restricted to just 50m. The caseback is engraved with the words 'Special Edition'.

The Contograf Camouflage Special Edition comes with a military green NATO with an E&C customized steel buckle, perfectly coordinating with the dark green bezel, or the E&C’s Chassis® 3 links steel bracelet with patented Déclic® deploying clasp.
